Our team is available to treat many common pediatric conditions through telemedicine calls or in-home visit allowing you to avoid the difficulty of making a PCP appointment or long wait times in an urgent care setting.
Care Coordination
With more than a decade of experience in an acute pediatric hospital setting, CCH pediatric providers are an excellent resource to help coordinate care. By speaking directly with your child’s PCP and specialists, they are able to create a plan specific to the needs of your child with the main focus of getting and keeping your child well.
