Josh is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with a Master’s Degree in Family Medicine from the University of New Hampshire, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Josh has over 10 years of experience working in various healthcare settings including primary, urgent, and acute care. During this time, he has specialized in both adult and pediatric care. Currently, Josh practices as a Nurse Practitioner in the General Surgery Department at Boston Children’s Hospital.
Josh founded Clark Concierge Healthcare after years of working within the conventional disease based model of medicine. He seeks to help his patients navigate the functional medicine space while fostering a more personal provider-patient relationship.
His areas of interest include men's health and wellness, longevity, as well as hormone replacements and intravenous therapies.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Torie Scott is a board certified Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Torie earned her undergraduate degree from William Smith College where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. She went on to complete a second Bachelor’s degree from the Bouve School of Nursing from Northeastern University, as well as her Master’s Degree from Northeastern University. Much of her clinical training was completed at Boston Children’s Hospital.
Torie is a mom of one who understands the challenges that arise when juggling a full-time job, caring for her daughter, and maintaining strong, meaningful relationships. Torie has 10 years of experience in pediatrics and has worked in a variety of healthcare settings ranging from home healthcare to inpatient acute hospital care.
Currently, Torie is a Nurse Practitioner on the General Surgery Team at Boston Children’s Hospital. She specializes in newborn/infant care, breastfeeding support, and has dedicated herself to understanding the importance of positive parenting childhood discipline techniques for raising confident and resilient children.
Torie is passionate about pediatric healthcare and strives to optimize the health and well-being of her patients by providing comprehensive, preventive primary care and support to families.
Elise is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with a Master’s Degree in Family Medicine from the University of New Hampshire, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Elise has several years of experience working in internal medicine caring for well, acutely ill and chronically ill adult patients. Currently, she works for a major insurance company coordinating care and managing high risk patients with multiple comorbidities and advanced illnesses to prevent unnecessary emergency visits and hospitalizations.
Elise’s professional interests include preventative care, patient education and empowering patients to make informed healthcare decisions.

Jackie is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with a Master’s Degree in Family Medicine from Endicott College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH.
Jackie has over 10 years of experience working in various healthcare settings including primary care and acute care settings. During this time, she has specialized in both adult and pediatric care. Previously, Jackie worked at both Lahey Hospital and Medical Center as well as Boston Children’s Hospital. Currently, Jackie works as a Nurse Practitioner for Tufts Medical Center Community Care specializing in internal medicine for primary care.
Jackie seeks to help patients take an active role in their healthcare and strives to create a therapeutic and trusting relationship with both patients and families. Her areas of interest include women’s health and adolescent medicine.
