Our Story

Clark Concierge Healthcare was founded to improve the quality of care for patients frustrated with navigating the arduous healthcare system. Rather than following the typical model of “sick care” and treatment of symptoms, we believe in promoting overall health and wellness. ​

 

CCH provides personalized care by emphasizing the provider-patient relationships that are the foundation of functional medicine and total wellness. It is these relationships that allow us to go beyond treating symptoms to helping our patients reach their wellness potential.

This philosophy allows us to tailor a healthcare plan for each of our patients based on their needs, lifestyles and schedules. It is through this approach that they receive the high-quality, individualized care that we strive to provide – and all patients deserve.

 In a typical primary care setting, a provider treats 2,000 patients a year, leaving you just a name on a chart. At CCH, we are committed to maintaining our 100:1 ratio. Each provider at Clark Concierge Healthcare treats only 100 patients.  Keeping the patient to provider ratio low allows CCH to provide the direct access to specialized care you deserve.
